Sangkhla Buri, Thailand – Police have identified an individual from the victim’s immediate family circle as being connected to the death of seven-year-old Nong Angun, whose body was discovered on June 1st.

According to the investigative unit of Police Region 7, authorities have identified a person from the deceased child’s close family circle as being connected to Nong Angun’s death following interviews and evidence collection. The police have not publicly disclosed the name of this individual.

Body Found in Bamboo Thicket
Officers discovered the child’s remains on June 1st within a bamboo thicket in the Sangkhla Buri district of Kanchanaburi Province. The body was already in an advanced state of decomposition upon discovery.
