Koh Phangan, Thailand – A prominent Thai doctor has died following a serious road accident on the island of Koh Phangan. Senior lung specialist Professor Dr. Theerasak Kaewamatwong succumbed to severe injuries sustained in a collision with a motorcycle. The 51-year-old British national, identified as Duncan Wilcock, remains in custody, with police reporting a positive cocaine test result.
