PATTAYA, THAILAND – Pattaya published the complete timetable for all 33rd SEA Games events in the city and Banglamung district, confirming on which days each discipline was held or still scheduled.
Core events along Pattaya’s coast and indoors
In Pattaya City, several key competitions took place in indoor arenas and on the shoreline. The handball tournament at the Eastern National Sports Training Centre Indoor Stadium was already under way and was scheduled through 19 December 2025. At busy Jomtien Beach, multiple water and beach disciplines were grouped, with jet ski racing running until 14 December 2025 and windsurfing planned from 12 to 18 December 2025.
Beach sports and modern pentathlon at Jomtien
Beach volleyball at Jomtien Beach was set from 12 to 19 December 2025. At the same venue, the modern pentathlon – a combination of several disciplines – was scheduled between 17 and 19 December 2025. These competitions formed part of the coastal programme designed to showcase Pattaya’s beachfront infrastructure.
Banglamung hosts billiards, golf and shooting
In the adjacent Banglamung district, which includes parts of greater Pattaya, additional events were staged. Billiards and snooker took place in the Convention Hall of the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel and were set to run until 18 December 2025. The golf competition at the Siam Country Club Pattaya, an established venue for international tournaments, was already in progress and scheduled through 14 December 2025, while practical shooting at the Eastern National Sports Training Centre (Huay Yai) was planned for 13 to 15 December 2025.
Sailing, equestrian and endurance events
Directly on the beach of the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel, sailing competitions were held from 14 to 18 December 2025. Equestrian events at the Thai Polo & Equestrian Club Pattaya ran from 14 to 19 December 2025. Open-water swimming was scheduled for the coastal town of Sattahip from 18 to 20 December 2025, while rowing at the Ambassador City Jomtien Hotel beach was set for 18 December 2025.
Flexible start times but fixed competition days
According to local information, exact start times for individual competitions could change slightly, but the competition days were to remain unchanged. Organisers stressed that visiting the venues in person was the best way to obtain up-to-date start times and details of participating nations. They underlined that on-site information would be the most reliable source during the multi-sport event.
Call for strong support and lasting impressions
The city administration called on residents and visitors to turn out in large numbers for the national team and to offer a welcoming atmosphere to athletes from all participating countries. The stated aim was to present Pattaya as a regional sports hub and to leave a lasting impression on international guests.
