BANGKOK, Thailand – A Bangkok charity is hunting for a Saudi trans woman who vanished last month. Nasser Alzahrani was last contacted on July 29 at 2.19pm — then both her phones went dead.
The Bangkok Community Help Foundation launched the appeal on August 5 on Facebook. Friends tried reaching Alzahrani but got nowhere. Family and friends fear for her safety.
No trace since July 29
Since that afternoon, all signals cut. Both mobile phones switched off. Her WhatsApp numbers went silent. The foundation says every attempt to contact her failed.
They are begging the public to share the post and pass on any tip about her whereabouts.
Last seen in Khlong Toei
Alzahrani entered Thailand on May 29 with a tourist visa. She had been in Bangkok for over two months. During her stay she changed Airbnb accommodation roughly every five days.
Her last known location was Khlong Toei district. The foundation did not specify an exact address.
Charity asks for help
The search notice says her passport and other government ID carry the name Nasser Alzahrani. Anyone who has seen her, knows where she is or had recent contact should call the Bangkok Community Help Foundation.
Even seemingly insignificant observations can be helpful in the search.

Separate case: missing tourist found safe in Chiang Mai
In a different case, a Turkish-German tourist reported missing in Chiang Mai turned up unharmed. He told police he deliberately isolated himself from family and friends for nine days to take a break from social media.
The foundation urged people not to spread unconfirmed information. They ask that the search post be shared widely but with respect for the missing person’s privacy.
