Identities of the Accused
The Israeli, identified as Goren, was sought by the Mae Hong Son Provincial Court with an arrest warrant. The other detainees include Frank, a U.S. national, and Natalia, a Spanish citizen.

Goren is accused of providing false information to authorities and violating the Foreign Business Act. He allegedly used Thai nominees to operate a studio.

Frank is alleged to have worked without a valid work permit and failed to report his presence at a residence as required by law. Natalia is also accused of working without a permit, with both cases under review.
