PATTAYA, THAILAND – A recurring dispute between trans women in a quiet South Pattaya lane escalated again and left a family with a gravely ill father deeply alarmed.
Fight in narrow residential lane
On 10 January 2026, CCTV footage from Soi Kaophai 2 showed a group of trans women meeting in the narrow alley at about 9 a.m. to resolve a personal conflict. The initially verbal confrontation quickly turned into a physical fight with slaps and loud insults directly in front of a residential house.
Homeowner pleads for peace
The 30‑year‑old homeowner Sasinpat (“Gym”) posted the clip on social media to express her frustration.
“What is wrong with you? This has happened many times – you come here to sort things out, and in the end you slap each other right in front of my house,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
Inside the house, her father lay ill with cancer, according to her account.
“There is a cancer patient sleeping in there – that is my father. This is not the first time that there has been news because of you,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
Noise, fear and repeated clashes
She said the same group had clashed in the lane several times before, causing noise, chaos and even shards from damaged objects in front of her property.
“Every time they fight, the shouting echoes into the house,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
“My father, who is fighting cancer, startles in fear and thinks something terrible is happening. It frightens him, and he cannot rest,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
Access blocked for residents
According to her, the altercations also blocked vehicles from passing through, affecting other neighbors who rely on the narrow street as their only access road.
“If you need to argue or clear something up, please do it somewhere else or use proper channels like the police, a lawyer or a neutral third party,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
“Do not make innocent people suffer – especially the sick, who need peace and quiet,”
said Sasinpat, homeowner.
CCTV shows three-minute brawl
Review of the CCTV footage showed a heated exchange at first. A trans woman in a pink shirt rushed at another dressed in black, referring to insults and provocations, and the situation turned into a slapping fight that lasted more than three minutes.
Friends on both sides filmed the scene on their phones while bystanders looked on without intervening.
Police informed but no formal complaint
Reporters visited the scene at about 6:30 p.m. and said they were able to confirm the homeowner’s description on site. Pattaya City Police stated that no formal complaint from those involved had been filed by the time of reporting, although officers were aware of the incident.
The officers called on the groups to come forward so the conflict could be settled through civil mediation with police participation.
