BANGKOK, Thailand – A police officer from Songkhla allegedly forced women to film sex videos and sold them online. An ex-girlfriend found footage including a four-year-old child on his phone.

The ex-girlfriend said she found several videos on mobile phones linked to the officer after a traffic accident in May. One video allegedly shows a four-year-old child.

Ex-girlfriend discovers videos after crash

After finding the footage, the woman searched for other possible victims. A group of women then contacted the Thanakrit Law Firm for legal help.

The ex-girlfriend said more than 20 people could be affected. The exact number is not yet known.

Women report threats and coercion

The victims accuse the officer of threatening women and forcing them to produce sex videos. The recordings were later shared in private online groups.

According to the women, more than 20 people may be involved. The final number has not been confirmed.

Evidence handed over in Bangkok

The group handed over the evidence on Wednesday in Bangkok to the Thanakrit Law Firm. Lawyer Thanakrit Jitareerat said the women had already filed complaints.

The name of the accused police officer has not been released.

Next steps planned at Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau

Lawyer Thanakrit Jitareerat said the victims now want to go to the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau. They also plan to seek help from witness protection agencies.

The victims are seeking further support from the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau and the witness protection authorities.
