YouTube team member accuses channel boss of sexual harassment

Eoi claims U-Jun came to her room and harassed her, U-Jun denies all allegations and says he has audio evidence

BANGKOK, Thailand – A female team member of a YouTube channel has accused operator U-Jun of sexual harassment and walked off the job. U-Jun denies the claim, says he has evidence, and fires back with his own allegations against Eoi.

The public feud erupted on social media after Eoi claimed U-Jun came to her room and sexually harassed her. She said she felt traumatised and decided to go public.

Eoi leaves the studio and resigns

Eoi stated that she left the studio on July 4. She submitted her resignation on July 13, explaining the reason for her departure.

She said she wanted to pay back money. According to her account, the other side initially agreed but later deleted messages and changed the agreement.

Dispute over repayment of money

U-Jun refuses the repayment. He demands that Eoi return to the studio, speak with everyone involved, and apologise properly.

He denies Eoi’s version and claims to have evidence for every point. According to his account, Eoi came to him herself and asked for a hug because she was worried.

He says he treated her like a sister. He claims to have an audio recording of the conversation between them.

said U-Jun, YouTube channel operator.

Anger over chat replies in the studio

Another flashpoint is the use of chat accounts during work hours. Eoi said a male colleague helped her with video editing and therefore replied to the boss on her behalf because her computer had problems.

U-Jun accuses her of letting others reply for her. He said that while he was in Japan, he saw via surveillance cameras that Eoi and the colleague were passing the phone to each other to write replies.

Allegations about Eoi’s behaviour in the team

U-Jun claims Eoi neglected her work earlier and disappeared for months. Later she apologised via message and promised to improve before finally resigning.

He also accuses her of inappropriate behaviour toward male team members. That is why he set the rule that helpers must be reported before working.

Facebook page publishes material

The Facebook page “ซ้อเปาฯ” published material that allegedly challenges U-Jun’s account. It contains a man’s voice telling Eoi that he should not have behaved that way toward her and must keep his distance.

The page called on U-Jun’s fans to review the material and decide for themselves whether to continue defending him. It also announced it has more evidence and will release it later.
