In a coordinated operation, the team targeted shared taxis and rental motorcycles. The city chief personally inspected the area to back up the officers on the ground.

The mayor did not miss the chance to be at Pattaya Beach during the inter-agency sweep. He inspected the zone to strengthen the backs of the enforcement teams.
The squad included officers from Pattaya City Police Station, Tourist Police, and the Banglamung Volunteer Defense Corps. They set a clear focus on the clogged pavements and carriageways.
Focus on songthaews and motorcycle rentals
Enforcers zeroed in on the songthaews waiting for customers and illegally parked rental motorcycles. These vehicles often blocked key routes along the beach.
The measure aims to clear the traffic chaos in the high-season hotspot. Locals and tourists had recently complained repeatedly about obstructions and confusing situations.

With his hands-on approach, Mayor Beer shows the city administration takes the issue seriously. He underlined the commitment to his own team that enforces the rules every day.
