SA KAEO, Thailand – Police forces in Sa Kaeo province made a significant drug bust, seizing over 100,000 Ecstasy pills and arresting three foreign nationals. Late on the night of June 27th, authorities intercepted a large quantity of illicit substances and apprehended three individuals attempting to arrange a transport to Bangkok.
The men, identified as two Pakistanis and one Indian, were encountered at a PTT petrol station in Sa Kaeo district, reportedly making arrangements for a vehicle to take them to the capital. Immigration police became suspicious after a routine document check revealed that all presented identification was invalid.
During the verification of their documents, one of the suspects attempted to flee but was quickly apprehended. The 24-year-old Pakistani national, Badti Muhammad Aslan, was detained along with his 19-year-old compatriot, Aali Liswan, and the 45-year-old Indian, Pakgran Wit Sing. The operation involved multiple specialized units, including provincial police and the Regional Investigation Department.
The ride to Bangkok ended in front of the trunk
At the Muang Sa Kaeo Police Station, investigators opened the luggage belonging to the suspects, uncovering a substantial haul. Inside, they discovered a total of 101,675 Ecstasy tablets, meticulously separated into five distinct batches.
These included 21,335 light green tablets, 25,107 orange and green pills, another 20,385 in orange, green, and grey, along with 20,600 light and dark green specimens, and 14,248 pink, orange, and light green colored tablets. A notable characteristic was that every single pill bore the same distinctive mark.

All the confiscated tablets were imprinted with the letters “VL” on one side and the “Louis Vuitton” logo on the other. Police classified the discovered drugs as Category 1 narcotics, which carry severe penalties in Thailand.
Authorities stated that the entire shipment was destined for the Bangkok market. However, the planned transport from the petrol station was thwarted due to the vigilant document inspection by law enforcement officers.
Legal proceedings are in full swing
Following the search, the three suspects were officially arrested. All related documentation was promptly transferred to the investigating officers at the Muang Sa Kaeo Police Station on the same day.
Legal proceedings have been initiated without delay. All three men now face an extensive legal process for possession and attempted distribution of the highest category of narcotics.
