Pattaya, Thailand – Lifeguards rescued an unconscious middle-aged man from the sea off Pattaya Beach near Soi 10 on June 7th around 4:00 PM and resuscitated him; the man is currently being treated at Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.
The man, estimated to be around 40 years old and described as homeless, was found without identification. Emergency responders found a shoulder bag and a bottle of white alcohol, which were seized as evidence. Authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident.

At approximately 4:00 PM, foreign tourists alerted the Marine Safety Control Unit of Pattaya City, reporting they had observed a man swimming and showing signs of distress. A lifeguard officer confirmed that the tourists initiated the emergency call, prompting the dispatch of rescue teams.
The incident occurred in the area of Pattaya Beach near Soi 10. The report immediately mobilized the lifeguards to respond.

Pattaya City lifeguards entered the water and brought the unconscious man ashore, where the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Pattaya rescue team and medical personnel from Bangkok Hospital Pattaya took over his care. Upon examination at the scene, responders determined the man had no pulse.
Emergency personnel immediately commenced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) before transporting the man to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya for further treatment.

The man, whose identity remains unknown, was found to be carrying no identification. Responders discovered a shoulder bag and a bottle of white alcohol, which were subsequently confiscated.
