PATTAYA, THAILAND – Officials from Bangkok’s Phra Nakhon District conducted a multi-day review of Pattaya’s anti-corruption systems during a scheduled administrative visit.
The delegation review aimed to examine governance procedures in the coastal city before the district’s two-phase training programme scheduled for 13–18 November 2025 and 20–21 November 2025.
Delegation visit to Pattaya City Hall
Dr. Siwat Boonkerd, Deputy City Administrator of Pattaya, received the group inside the Thapphraya conference room at Pattaya City Hall, where the delegation conducted a session involving the city’s award-recognised anti-corruption framework. Dr. Boonkerd coordinated the schedule to allow officials from Bangkok’s Phra Nakhon District to document procedures used by Pattaya’s administration.
Kosol Singhanat, Director of Phra Nakhon District, supervised planning for groups of approximately 150 officials per phase and confirmed that the visit aligned with the district’s operational calendar for 2025.
Training programme linked to November 2025 schedule
Kosol Singhanat outlined two training periods taking place in November 2025, with each round involving measurable participation quotas at the district’s facilities in Bangkok.

Officials from Phra Nakhon District used the Pattaya visit to collect information on the city’s operational controls, following Pattaya’s recognition as an “Excellent Local Administrative Unit in Corruption Prevention” by national authorities.

Representatives from both municipalities recorded procedural details inside Pattaya City Hall to support replication in Bangkok’s Phra Nakhon District during the 2026 fiscal cycle.
