Pattaya city’s engineering office rushed to the scene with traffic cones and warning barriers. These obstacles secure the collapsed zone and aim to stop crashes.
The barriers block part of the road directly in front of the Grand Hotel. Traffic is being diverted locally, with possible delays.
Repairs underway, city urges caution
While the safety measures were put in place, repair work has already started. The site remains a construction zone for the time being.
