Late on the evening of June 8th, a 48-year-old Bangladeshi national identified as Hasan became involved in an altercation on Pattaya Beach. Hasan was reportedly socializing with friends when an unidentified homeless man approached him and initiated physical contact without any prior provocation. Police and rescue services were dispatched to the scene, but the alleged assailant had already fled. The incident has intensified a long-standing debate within Pattaya.

The incident occurred opposite the Baywalk. Witnesses stated that Hasan was walking along the beach with his companions when an unknown individual approached. There was no apparent dispute or provocation before the physical confrontation began.
