Two people tried to board a taxi near Don Mueang Airport. The driver had already parked at the roadside and apparently thought he could choose his customers.
Once the passengers sat inside, he denied them the ride. The fate of the brazen driver came in uniform on a motorcycle.
Police officer films the audacious scene
The officer, nicknamed “Jaa Auan Bolikhamsai” from the Vibhavadi Rangsit traffic police, was immediately on the spot. He was passing by on his service motorcycle and observed the scene.
Instead of moving on, he took immediate action. His dashcam recorded everything – a document now seen by thousands of Thais on Facebook.
Three unpaid tickets already pending
During the check, the law enforcer’s anger boiled over. The driver not only had the recent refusal on his record.

1,000 baht and a heavy lecture
The police officer pulled out his citation book. 500 baht for refusing passengers, another 500 baht for illegally stopping and waiting for customers.
The driver still begged to be let off with just one violation. But the officer added a third charge: inappropriate attire while on duty.
