PATTAYA, THAILAND – Japanese convenience-store chain Lawson opened its first flagship outlet in Pattaya, operating around the clock with special promotions for members.

The Japanese franchise Lawson launched its first flagship store in Pattaya at the Royal Garden Plaza, expanding its footprint in the region. The outlet was positioned in the central shopping area to tap into both local and tourist traffic.

Lawson (108) was founded in 1975 and had become a well-known Japanese convenience-store franchise. It was recognized for fresh, high-quality ready-made meals, snacks and beverages.
With thousands of branches in Japan and additional locations in other countries, the brand built its reputation on typically Japanese products. These were offered in a clean and practical retail environment.
Open 24 hours since 9 April 2026
The new outlet began operations on 9 April 2026 and stayed open 24 hours a day. The non-stop opening hours were designed to fit the pace of the busy Pattaya zone.
The store specifically targeted shoppers and tourists who wanted to buy food and drinks late at night or early in the morning. The company positioned the branch as an option for flexible, round-the-clock convenience.
Japanese classics on the shelves
Customers found a selection of authentic Japanese-style products, including Oden, Bento boxes, fresh sandwiches and various desserts. The range focused on quick, convenient food for people on the move.
Lawson stated that it aimed to offer a curated lineup of ready-to-eat dishes and snacks. The company wanted to bring what it described as

Opening promotions for members only
To mark the launch, Lawson offered promotions from 9 to 12 April 2026, or while stocks lasted. These deals were available exclusively to Lawson members.
The first promotion was a “Buy 1 Get 1 FREE” coffee offer. Under the second promotion, customers who spent 200 THB received a free gift.
