Bar ejection triggered confrontation
According to initial witness accounts, the two men had consumed a significant amount of alcohol inside the venue. After one of them vomited, bar staff asked both to pay their bill and leave the premises.
Witnesses said the atmosphere inside the bar had already been tense before the men were escorted out. They reportedly left the venue at first without further resistance, following the request of the staff.
Return to bar and renewed clash
Shortly after being ejected, the two men allegedly returned to the bar on a motorcycle, witnesses told investigators. They were said to have thrown bottles at the front entrance of the venue.
A confrontation then developed, during which the two injured men were harmed. The exact course of events remained under investigation, and it was still unclear how many people had been actively involved in the escalation.
