BANGKOK, THAILAND – A young woman in Bangkok confirmed that her relationship with twin brothers was genuine and not staged for social media, after a viral TikTok video triggered a nationwide debate.

A TikTok clip posted on 17 January 2026 showed two outwardly identical men carrying a birthday cake to a woman and kissing her alternately on the cheek. The video spread rapidly across multiple platforms. Commenters repeatedly questioned whether it showed a real partnership or content produced purely for clicks, with some users expressing curiosity and others voicing support for the trio.
Fah describes how the relationship began
The woman, who identified herself only as Fah, later appeared publicly to explain the situation. She said she had been single for almost a year and was not actively looking for a partner when she met the twins. Both men approached her at the same time, she recounted, and what started as an initial meeting gradually developed into a relationship.
Fah stressed that the three had mutually agreed to form a three-person partnership and had been together for more than a year. She emphasised that the relationship was based on consent among all three adults.

According to Fah, the trio lived together in a single household. The twin brothers worked and earned the income, which Fah managed. She said she handled household expenses and financial planning for their shared future.
