BANGKOK, THAILAND – A notorious drug dealer operating under the alias “Doctor for All Moods” has been apprehended in Bangkok. The 39-year-old suspect, Kom-anan, known as “Dr. Golf,” not only sold crystal meth but also offered a personal injection service in hotel rooms. Police also discovered 283 obscene videos in his possession.
Undercover Operation Leads to Arrest
The Metropolitan Police conducted a week-long undercover operation, during which an officer posed as a client. The dealer offered a “double injection package,” combining drug use with “special” activities. The meeting point was a motel in Khlong Tan.
During the arrest on October 10, 2025, police seized substantial evidence: pre-filled methamphetamine syringes, 7.2 grams of crystal meth in sealed bags, eight packs of Viagra, and two mobile phones containing 283 explicit videos.
Targeting the LGBTQ+ Community
The suspect admitted to specifically targeting LGBTQ+ clients, citing high demand within the community. “The combination of drugs and desire increases my income,” the 39-year-old confessed. He secretly filmed his encounters and shared the footage online to attract new customers.
Kom-anan is no stranger to law enforcement, with prior convictions for theft, promoting child prostitution, and drug offenses. However, his latest business model proved especially insidious.
Accomplice Denies Involvement
A second suspect, 40-year-old Paveena “Na,” denied any involvement, claiming she had only temporarily housed Kom-anan. Nevertheless, investigators uncovered evidence suggesting her complicity.
Both suspects were charged with possession and distribution of Category 1 drugs and taken to Khlong Tan Police Station. Investigations are ongoing, as police suspect a larger criminal network may be involved.
Police Warn Against Online Drug Trade
Police Major General Teeradet Thamsuthee, Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, announced stricter measures: “This case highlights the dangers of online drug networks. We are committed to making Bangkok safer.”
Of particular concern is the dealer’s focus on young people seeking thrills through social media. The combination of drugs and sexual services represents a dangerous new trend in Thailand’s drug scene.

Police are currently analyzing the confiscated phones to identify the full client network of the “Meth Doctor.” The 283 videos may reveal further crimes—and bring additional perpetrators into the spotlight.
